A career as a real estate commission sales professional
means creating a schedule that fits your lifestyle. But the industry
offers little control over closing dates or when you receive payment
of the real estate commissions you've earned. Finally, there's a financial
services company designed exclusively for Realtors®. It’s called
eCommission and the service offers you advance payment of your real estate
commissions whenever you want them.
eCommission Features:
- Control. Receive
up to 90% of your net real estate sale commission to a maximum of $10,000
per transaction up to 180 days before closing. And the cost of each
commission advance can be tax deductible
- Speed. Payment
of your real estate commissions are guaranteed to be delivered to you
within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) by wire transfer or overnight
courier.
- Convenience. Set-up
your account online and apply any time day or night. If you prefer
to conduct business off line, simply call us toll free at 877-882-4368
and ask for a Commission Advance Request Page to be faxed to you.
- Security. Encryption
technology and a strict privacy policy ensure that your personal information
remains completely confidential.

When Can I Apply For Advance Payment of my Real
Estate Commission?
You can apply to receive an eCommission when you have an accepted purchase
contract for a single family, residential home, town-home or resale condominium.
You must also know the name of the lender where financing has been started
(if applicable) and the name of the attorney or title company that is
closing the transaction. Investment transactions are acceptable providing
they are residential in nature. Land sales are reviewed on a case by
case basis. Commercial contracts are declined.
After you receive your eCommission, we will send an
invoice to the title company or attorney that is closing the sale, advising
them of the portion of your commission that you have already received,
and directing them to repay eCommission Financial Services, Inc. the
purchased amount at closing.
