Do you qualify for a listing advance?

In order to receive an active listing advance, you will need to meet the following qualifications*:

Have at least one active listing
Listing must have a minimum of 60 days until expiration
Sold a minimum of 3 homes in the past 12 months including 1 home in the past 6 months
