We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our clients hear when contacting eCommission regarding a commission advance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment in either the financial services or real estate industries is preferred. The candidate will need to be friendly, ambitious, articulate (both verbal and written) and able to handle a large volume of calls, emails and live chats.

Specific duties include:

• Educating prospective clients about our services via in-bound and out-bound phone calls, live chats, and emails
• Converting interested clients into applications using superior customer service etiquette and intimate knowledge of our product offerings
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding account maintenance - over the phone, through email, or via live chat
• Expeditiously routing calls, emails, and live chats that fall outside of the customer service role to the appropriate departments

Desired Qualifications:

• Customer service experience over the phone, email, and chat
• Financial services or Real Estate experience is ideal but not required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized and require minimum supervision
• High school diploma required, post-secondary degree preferred

The position is part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are located off Bee Caves Road near Hwy. 71 in west Austin. Training is in-house with remote work options upon completion of 2 weeks of training.

• Manage a portfolio of commission advance receivables
• Contact customers with past due transactions, via telephone or through written communication
• Maintain a high level of customer service while managing your portfolio of accounts
• Utilize company tools in order to reduce the number of past due accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with all customers and third-party contacts
• Resolve customer disputes
• Perform account reconciliations

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of collections/receivable experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills including the ability to learn computer software

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Job Description:

The Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the systems and network infrastructure. This position implements new technologies, makes improvements to existing network systems, documents configurations, issues and resolutions, and manages helpdesk procedures to manage and maintain these systems. The ideal candidate will primarily administer cloud-based services such as Microsoft Office365 and be responsible for setup and maintenance of end users’ workstations.

The Network Administrator assists in implementation, and management, including end user equipment, cloud services and other network services such as active directory. This position provides technical support to end users both onsite and working remotely.
